Dunno. Probably some adrenaline rush. After that... Whoops, you're dead!

All I can think of before getting eaten by zombies is some kind of last stand. You know, you have a knife on your hand, you fend off a lot of flesh-eating undead, then you have a really tight death grip on your knife right before your neck gets torn off.

Cause you can't "bravely" protect yourself from gravity. Hell you can't kill anyone on the way, too. Unless of course, there's a guy waiting at the end of your fall. But that'd be even worse! "Took out an innocent man as he died".
